I truly enjoyed affable and perfect employees.

It was unique base for visiting most Brussels attractions.

We had a pleasant stay in Brussels close to the historical center and the Grand place and many shops, restaurants and attractions literally on the doorstep. Greatly enjoyed that there where an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

Convenient location, easy key access, good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Close to attractions, walking distance to everything. Other guests also had central location. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, well-equipped kitchen. Nearby supermarket for breakfast essentials.

Stayed here with my family, everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable; perfect sleep. It was in an amazing place.

I liked the apartment though some things didn't work.

Came in Brussels to explore new places, this apartment was great base for making it happen.

The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the main square and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was incredibly convenient. the apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen that had all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. This was a great advantage, especially during the holiday season when many restaurants were closed. Lastly, the apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after exploring the city.

There were some aspects that I didn't like. First, the instructions for key pick-up were confusing and led us on a wild goose chase.

It was lovely place for travelling to Brussels, I was glad to stay there. The room was large and warm provided with hair dryer.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center and next to the main plaza. the staff was friendly and informative upon arrival, providing maps and keys. the apartments are spacious and there is a small elevator available. there is a supermarket just steps away for convenience.

There is a slight inconvenience of having to collect the keys at a separate location, which could be improved.

We stayed at City Center Apartments Grand Place for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Brussel Central Station. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including an oven, dishwasher, and hair dryer. Picking up the keys was easy, as the location was just around the corner. Despite being so close to the Grand Place, the apartment was incredibly quiet. It was a great choice for our weekend stay.
